Join Celia Caust-Ellenbogen '09, Friends Historical Library archivist, to learn about the families behind some of Swarthmore's most familiar landmarks, including Parrish, Magill, and Clothier. We'll explore their connections to abolitionism, African-American education, and the Underground Railroad and discuss how these legacies relate to the College’s current efforts to create a diverse and inclusive environment.
